Quick Tip 14: Use Hex Colours In Cinema 4D

In This Quick Tip we look at how we can enable the ability to enter Hex colours in the Cinema 4D Material Editor. By default, the setting for allowing the input of a hexadecimal colour code is not enabled. This can be quite frustrating if you know the hex code for a colour you want to choose but have no way of entering it. The only other option is to use an image processing program such as Photoshop, input the hex code into the colour picker, then copy the RGB information and enter it into the Cinema 4D material editor. This is not ideal as it is time consuming and requires you to open another program.
